U.S. Marines from Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii and Indonesian Marines participate in Shallow Water Egress Training, while at MCBH Kaneohe Bay, July 2, in preparation of the Rim of the Pacific Exercise in Hawaii which runs through to Aug. 1 and is comprised of 14 nations, 32 ships, five submarines, more than 170 aircraft and 20,000 personnel. RIMPAC in it's 22nd year is a biennial exercise that stresses interoperability of all partner nations as a key element of regional stability.
