161116-N-NT265-416 SOUTH CHINA SEA (Nov. 16, 2016) The Military Sealift Command Joint High-Speed Vessel USNS Millinocket (T-EPF-3) participates in a photo exercise with Brunei Navy ships KDB Darussalam and KDB Afiat during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2016.
