Participants of the Family Programs Roundtable discussion held at the 416th Theater Engineer Command headquarters, Darien, Ill., took the opportunity to visit with booths centered on programs available to Army Families and learn more about those resources. The Roundtable discussion was a chance for spousal leadership throughout the three components of the Army to get ideas on improving the programs to meet the needs of Family readiness.
