Tinney, depot ordinance director, Headquarters and Service Battalion, stops his bike at the finish of the 241 miles he cycled in honor of the Marine Corps’ 241st birthday at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego Nov. 10. Tinney’s journey began at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, passed through Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and ended at MCRD San Diego.
