U.S. Marines with the Black Sea Rotational Force stand in formation during the closing ceremony for exercise Silver Arrow 2016 in the Adazi Military Base, Latvia, Oct. 31st, 2016. U.S. Marines alongside eight NATO Allies converge to the Baltics for the annual defensive exercise. Silver Arrow is a multinational exercise aimed to expedite NATO’s response time during conflict and increase collective defense capabilities amongst nations.
