U.S. Marine LtCol James Eelman, Executive Officer of Headquarters Battalion, Marine Forces Reserve, gives speech after the annual motivational run in celebration of the United States Marine Corps Birthday, New Orleans, La., Nov. 9, 2016. This motivational run started at Marine Force Reserve Support Facility and traveled along the Mississippi River banks through the street of Algiers Point. Over 500 Marines and sailors assigned to the command partook in this year's event. This year marks the 241st Anniversary of the founding of the United States Marine Corps.
