161102-N-ZI127-003 DIEGO GARCIA, (NOV. 3, 2016) Seaman Tyler Stinebaugh, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, cuts concrete blocks that are being used in the walls of a Church that is being renovated on Diego Garcia. NMCB 5 is the forward deployed Western Pacific NMCB ready to support Major combat operations and humanitarian assistance/ disaster relief operations and to provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces.
