SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia (Nov. 2, 2016) - U.S. Marine Master Sgt. Kevin Dale, assigned to III Marine Expeditionary Force, high fives a Royal Cambodian Navy sailor after a swim during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia, 2016. The focus of CARAT is developing maritime security capabilities and increasing interoperability among participants. Skill areas exercised during CARAT include Maritime Interdiction Operations; riverine, amphibious and undersea warfare operations; diving and salvage operations; naval gunnery and maneuvering events, along with disaster response exercises.
