Chief Petty Officer Mike Swist, a Navy diver assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 3 and Mobile Dive and Salvage Company 3-1, radios USS San Diego (LPD 22) during a towing operation for the boilerplate-testing article (BTA), belonging to NASA’s Orion program, in the Pacific Ocean Oct. 28, 2016.
