Sailors assigned to the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) work with NASA personnel to assess towing techniques for the boilerplate-testing article (BTA), belonging to NASA’s Orion program, in the Pacific Ocean Oct. 27, 2016.
