Raymond Odierno, United States Forces – Iraq commanding general, expresses his gratitude to troops who are about to become American citizens during a naturalization ceremony at Camp Victory, July 4. At the ceremony, the 17th of its kind in Iraq, 156 service members officially became U.S. citizens.
