HONOLULU (Oct. 17) --- Regional Health Command-Pacific, also known as RHC-P, conducted a half-day team training event where organizational leaders located in Hawaii and Joint Base Lewis McChord, in Washington state, came together via virtual telecommunication to better the organization. Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness Lead Master Resilience Trainer and Performance Experts led the sessions and facilitated discussions with the staff located in Hawaii and in Washington state. RHC-P Chief of Staff, Col. Scott Avery (right), discusses with fellow small-group members, Sgt. 1st Class Kevin Edmondson and Capt. Corey Lester, the characteristics of a successful organization as part of the training exercise. RHC-P is committed to cultivating leaders, a climate of trust and esprit de corps as a high performing unit.
