A bronze C-130 memorial is dedicated to the nine fallen crew of Coast Guard rescue aircraft 1705 and Marine Corps helicopter Vengeance 38 on the grounds of Coast Guard Air Station Sacramento, in McClellan Park, Calif., Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016.
