Students at the Force Fitness Instructor Course run gassers as part of a diagnostic test at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, October 5, 2016. The test evaluates the physical abilities of the students and determines their level of fitness of the Marines during the course. The FFI Course is designed to train and certify Marines to serve as unit FFIs, capable of designing individual and unit-level holistic fitness programs.
