SANTA RITA, Guam (Oct. 13, 2016) -- Marine Corps rolling stock as well as maintenance tents were aligned on Uniform Pier, U.S. Naval Base Guam (NBG), for a rare opportunity for Marines and maintenance support personnel to conduct a three-week maintenance period in Guam from the USNS PFC Dewayne T.
