Tadjoura, Djibouti – Civil Affairs Soldiers with the 418th Civil Affairs Battalion and C/Co 411th Civil Affairs Battalion, local leaders, and dignitaries from the European Union gather with children for a photo after a eradication of female genital mutilation conference here on October 26, 2016. More than 200 Djiboutians attended the conference as 20 females signed a pledge signifying the abandonment of the practice of female mutilation.
