ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 22, 2016) Seaman James Thompson, from Lansdale, Pa., clears a passageway during an anti-terrorism training team (ATTT) drill aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike). Thompson serves aboard Ike as a master-at-arms and is responsible for protecting personnel and equipment aboard the ship. Ike and its Carrier Strike Group are deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
