Benjamin Andrew Spilling, son of USS Detroit crew member Ltjg. Andrew Spilling and Mrs. Melissa Spilling is christened on October 23, 2016. Benjamin was made an honorary plank owner and was christened using the ship’s bell containing water from both the Detroit River and the Jordan River in Israel.
