161021-N-SH284-030 BREMERTON, Wash. (Oct. 21, 2016) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus presents Capt. Dave Weiss, representing Naval Hospital Bremerton, with the 2016 SECNAV energy and water management award during an all-hands call at Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton. The award was accepted on behalf of Naval Hospital Bremerton. During his visit to the Navy's third-largest fleet concentration area, Mabus also met with more than 100 federal, state and local elected and civic leaders at a reception in Bremerton to thank them for their continued Navy support.
