Bruce Holmes, Command Sgt. Maj. of the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), William Kennedy Smith, and Alexandra Pender, JFK's great niece, lay a wreath in honor of JFK in Arlington, Va., Oct. 19, 2016.
