A controllable pitch propeller blade is hoisted out of it's packaging before a blade change-out under the guided-missile destroyer USS The Sullivans. Navy divers assigned to Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit 1, USS Frank Cable, and Naval Special Warfare Unit 3 collaborated to perform the job.
