U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Patrick Denson, 325th Force Support Squadron force management apprentice, explains the details of his job to Col. Michael Hernandez, 325th Fighter Wing commander, at Tyndall Air Force Base, Sept. 9, 2016. As a force management apprentice, Denson processes base Forced Distribution Reports, officer promotion reports, transaction registers and feedback notices for 4,500 Tyndall active duty and reserve personnel. Hernandez shadowed Denson during his job as part of the Airman Shadow Program, a program designed to recognize 325th FW personnel and provide an opportunity for the commander to meet with the troops and get a first-hand look at what Tyndall Airman are doing.
