Sailors assigned to the navigation division aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Cleveland raise signal flags during a flag hoist drill. The guided-missile destroyer USS Benfold is underway with the ship en route to the Hawaiian operating area to support Rim of the Pacific exercises. RIMPAC is a biennial, multi-national exercise designed to strengthen regional partnerships and improve multi-national interoperability.
