Senior Airman Alexander Gerszewski from North Branch, Minn., and Senior Airman Kenny Colton from Rochester, Minn., both members of the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron at Ellsworth Air Force Base, monitor the 662nd Firefighting Team's attempt at creating hydraulic ventilation during a controlled structure burn. Hydraulic ventilation is created by shooting the water out an open window which pulls the heat and smoke out of the room.
