CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait (30 August 2006) --- Dennis McGill, a property disposal specialist with the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office, and Maj. Steven Heiges, the Third Army, Force Management Division, Equipment Common Operating Picture, project action officer inspect old five-ton cargo trunks in a disposal yard. Five-ton trunks are now on a non-deployable asset list, and units who are planning deployments should not bring them into theater. ECOP, a new web-based data site, will list everything a commander needs to know in order to get their unit equipment ready to go for an impending deployment.
