Members of the NC Guard's 875 Engineers Company, based in North Wilkesboro and Lexington N.C. unload 12-inch pipes used to drain water from the flooded town of Princeville, on October 15, 2016. The pumps are moving one million gallons of water an hour into the Tar River after the town was flooded with over 20 feet of water following Hurricane Matthew.
