Airman 1st Class Ryan Batt, 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron Pavement and Heavy Equipment specialist, guides a microwave transmitter down to the ground after it was removed from a radio tower Oct. 8, 2016, at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The transmitter, along with the metal bar it was mounted on, weighed over 200 pounds and required the use of a Terex RT-780 crane to be removed safely.
