NAVAL ANNEX STUMP NECK, Md. - Marine Sgt. Sawyer Guerin, a team leader with Decontamination Platoon, Chemical Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF), explains to Army Maj. Gen. Richard Gallant, commander of Joint Task Force Civil Support, how CBIRF Marines take casualties through non-ambulatory decontamination while other Marines demonstrate that process during an official visit at Naval Annex Stump Neck, Md., Sept. 29, 2016.
