Kitchener, commanding officer of Expeditionary Strike Group TWO, take off in a CH-53E Sea Dragon, assigned to the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (24 MEU), after meeting to discuss U.S. forces efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew. The role of Joint Task Force-Matthew during this disaster relief mission is to rapidly respond with critically-needed capabilities to deliver assistance and aid to area of Haiti the government deems most necessary.
