A Paraguay Special Operations soldier zeros in on his target during a sniper validation event, June 15, outside the 1st Dominican Infantry Brigade's military compound. The validation event was held in preparation for Fuerzas Comando 2010, a week-long special operations skills competition that will be held in Santo Domingo. Security forces from 19 nations across the Caribbean, the U.S., and Central and South America will participate in the exercise, which is designed to build partnerships and enhance military capability.
