Bonhomme Richard is participating in Philippine Amphibious Landing Exercise 33 (PHIBLEX), an annual U.S.-Philippine military bilateral exercise that combines amphibious landing and live-fire training with humanitarian civic assistance efforts to strengthen interoperability and working relationships.
