Japanese Major General Tomofusa Haraguchi, of the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF), arrives at Camp Foster on Okinawa, Japan, on 7 Oct. 2016. Major General Harada was visiting Camp Foster to observe the Constant Vigilance bilateral exercise conducted by the JGSDF and U.S. military forces.
