Service member of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) alongside with U.S. Navy Divers of Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit 2 prepare to conduct an underwater recovery operation in the Tyrrhenian Sea, Italy, Sept. 30, 2016.
