Petty Officer 3rd Class Christopher Royoko, gas turbine system mechanic, takes a sample of marine diesel fuel for testing aboard the guided-missile frigate USS Taylor during an underway replenishment with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Big Horn.
