Iraqi Police help impoverished citizens by delivering 120 water filters to Iraqis in the village of Al Jaffes as U.S. Soldiers from 3rd Platoon, Blackfoot Company, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment provide security near Taji, Iraq, May 28. This operation is part of Tomahawk Outreach, a 2-23 Battalion operation focusing on the organization of Iraqi assets and humanitarian assistance for the local population, whose ultimate goal is to help further integrate the Iraqi government and Iraqi Security Forces within area communities.
