"Task Force Twister's" commander and senior enlisted advisor, Col. Arlan M. Deblieck of Indianola, Iowa, and Command Sgt. Maj. Michael W. Ploeger of Ankeny, Iowa, prepare their colors to be cased as the 561st Regional Support Group of Omaha, Neb., ends their tour in Iraq, and the 199th Brigade Support Battalion of Alexandria, La., assumes the mission as the garrison command of the Victory Base Complex, during a ceremony held on Camp Liberty, in Baghdad, Iraq. After the 561st cased their flag, to be uncased upon arriving back to its home unit, the 199th uncased theirs, symbolizing their assumption of command after they were cased at Camp Shelby, Miss., during a deployment ceremony for the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.
