Col. James B. Waskom thanks the outgoing unit during a transfer of authority ceremony held at Camp Liberty, Iraq, as, under his command, the 199th Brigade Support Battalion's takes on the mission as the garrison command for the Victory Base Complex in Baghdad, Iraq. The 199th, as part of the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, arrived in Iraq in March, and has been working alongside the 561st Regional Support Group of Omaha, Neb., as they prepared to assume the mission upon the departure of the 561st.
