Recruits from Golf Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, run in place during a circuit course at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Sept. 27. Drill instructors demonstrated each event for recruits before allowing them to conduct it on their own. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Golf Company is scheduled to graduate Dec. 9.
