Petty Officer 1st Class Scottie Richard, assigned aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS San Jacinto uses the big eyes to maintain a visual on the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Robert E. Peary as the two vessels prepare to conduct a replenishment at sea. San Jacinto is part of Combined Task Force 151, a multinational task force established in January 2009 to conduct counter-piracy operations in the Gulf of Aden.
