The French navy anti-air frigate Cassard (D 614), and the aircraft carrier Charles De Gaulle (R 91), cruise in formation alongside the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) and the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60) for a photo exercise in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of French naval aviation. Harry S. Truman is deployed as part of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility.
