HAMPTON, Va. (Sept. 16, 2016) -- Chief Electronics Technician Brian Burbick, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), passes through side boys after being pinned to the rank of chief petty officer. Fifty-seven Ford Sailors were advanced to chief petty officer during the ceremony, attended by family, friends and crew members.
