Charles Wirks, 1st Battalion, 124th Infantry Regiment and Raven master trainer, and members of the Kenya Defense Forces Military Intelligence Battalion, use an imagery system to fly the AeroVironment RQ-11 Raven, an unmanned aerial vehicle, Sept. 13, 2016, at a Kenyan training facility.
