U.S. Marine Corps Gen. Thomas D. Waldhauser, commander of U.S. Africa Command, presents a coin to Cpl. Matthew Salinas, a flight equipment technician with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa, in recognition of the Marine’s hardwork and dedication at Morón Air Base, Spain, Sept. 15, 2016.
