Lt. Col. Theodore S. Ruminsky, commander of the 506th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, and Chief Master Sgt. David Provo, chief enlisted manager of the unit, case the squadron's guidon, signifying the successful completion of their mission, their inactivation and beginning of their redeployment, during a transfer of authority with1-1 Special Troops Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division out of Fort Bliss, Texas, on FOB Warrior, May 28. The TOA ceremony marked the 1-1 STB's assumption of authority for security of FOB Warrior, a task 506th ESFS has been providing for the past seven years.
