Seaman Brian Campbell, hospital corpsman, assigned to Branch Health Clinic Sasebo, stands by with other ceremonial color guard members during a memorial ceremony for the American prisoners of war and Japanese citizens that perished during the construction of the Soto Dam. The ceremony included a 21-gun salute and the unveiling of a new plaque inscribed with the names of the POWs killed.
