ARABIAN GULF (Sept. 14, 2016) Rear Adm. James J. Malloy addresses guests during a Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 10 change of command ceremony in the forecastle of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike) in which Malloy relieved Rear Adm. Jesse Wilson.
