ARABIAN GULF (Sept. 14, 2016) Rear Adm. Jesse Wilson, commander, Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 10, Vice Adm. Kevin Donegan, commander, U.S. Naval Forces, Central Command, Rear Adm. James J. Malloy, and Cmdr. Ted Williams, a Navy chaplain, stand at attention for the presentation of colors during a CSG 10 change of command ceremony in the forecastle of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) in which Malloy relieved Wilson. The ship and its Carrier Strike Group are deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
