Senior police officers from precincts across Okinawa view the mobile command center Sept. 8 at the Provost Marshal’s Office aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The officers received a tour of the brig, Naval Criminal Investigative Services and PMO facilities. “Tours like this are vital to understanding each other’s capabilities and our responsibilities,” said Capt.
