Hassan Carter, off Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 18th Field Artillery Brigade, sprints to the finish line for the last event of the brigade’s command team physical training event. Col. John Rafferty and Command Sgt. Maj. Carlos Mendez led the 18th Field Artillery Brigade leaders through the PT session to evaluate everyone’s fitness levels.
