    160906-N-JK586-003 STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. -- International students participating in the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School practice techniques learned in an Outboard Motor Maintenance and Overhaul course. OBM is an eight-week course that provides personnel with the basic skills to maintain and repair marine outboard engines. NAVSCIATTS is a Security Cooperation schoolhouse, located at the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, operating under the U.S. Special Operations Command in support of Foreign Security Assistance and Geographic commander's Theater Security Cooperation.
